Adding Cart Code to your Website

If you don't have it already installed, you'll notice that your dashboard will not have information regarding your cart values, items in the cart, or any other information that would pull from your cart. For customers that are not on Bigcommerce or Shopify this will require custom coding knowledge, for more help on this check out our professional services page where we can install/set up this for you!

Note: After the code is added (manually or app install), the status of each code will change depending on the new data we receive.

Conversion and cart code status can take longer as this requires more data on those actions. One can speed the status change and validate by engaging with a promotion and placing an order as well as leaving the site with a filled cart.

Shopify Customers:

The app will install each of the major code sets. This being the embed, cart, and conversion code.  The checkout is restricted to those under Shopify Plus

Bigcommerce Customers: Please use this article to install the cart code on your website if using a Stencil theme. If no Stencil theme, you can take the route below.

All other platforms: Please use this article to install the cart code on your website, please note that this does require custom coding experience.
