A short guide to help troubleshoot scheduled promotions
- The most common scenario is that since all dates and times are Pacific Standard Time and the schedule time is in your local time which might be different.
- Ensure that the promotion is also turned on. The switch on the right hand side should be green, if it is grey then it is currently disabled.
- Make sure that all promotions are published. Even if they are on, the rule might not be published and this can cause it to not appear.
