Using The Subscriber View (Edit, Delete Records)

In response to the May 25th General Data Protection Regulations, we at Justuno are actively working to improve our privacy functions in order to give our clients the tools they need to ensure they are compliant with international law. This article will focus on explaining what the subscriber view is, as well as how account administrators can make changes to subscriber records and delete them if necessary. 

 

What is the Subscriber View?

The subscriber view is a feature that is accessible from the promotions tab of your Justuno account. It enables administrators the power to make changes to the data collected through promotions that they control. Currently this feature only supports processing one record at a time, but in the works are bulk editing functions. The image below displays a test email being submitted into a Justuno Spin the Wheel promotion. This email can then be viewed and edited via the Subscriber View.
