Install Justuno on Google Tag Manager

You can add our Justuno snippets to your Google Tag Manager installation with these steps:

 

  1. Open a browser and login to your Google Tag Manager account and select the Container you want to add Justuno to.

  2. Click “New Tag”, select the pencil icon and click “Custom HTML Tag”new_tag.pngScreen_Shot_2017-06-12_at_5.47.07_PM.pnghtml.png
  3. Paste the Justuno Embed code into the field provided and click the pencil icon for Triggering section.

  4. Set the GTM tag firing rules to “All Pages” and click “Save”
  5. Clicking the plus icon, selecting page view, and then clicking some pages will take you to the following screen.

  6. Save your Container changes and watch the magic happen!

    Thank you for the feedback! 

    The code you are referring to is our conversion code and should NOT be placed in GTM but on your post purchase page footer. You will need to find the value in your store for order amount and order id to ensure that the conversion code is tracking these values for your store!

    Hi Jenna, I'm just following your instructions on this page. Step 5. reads: Repeat the above steps for your Conversion tag and specify your “Thank You” page in the GTM firing rules.

    Does the conversion tag code need customising in any way?

    It seems to have some some data layer type variables in it, which I'm guessing might not match up with the variable names for our Magento store? Or is it not using the data layer? (The code I'm referring to is [order amount] and [order id])
