GDPR - Justuno Policy Updates

On May 25, 2018, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into effect. All companies that process personal data of data subjects in the European Union must be ready to address the GDPR’s requirements by this date.

We want to make you aware of steps Justuno has taken to prepare for GDPR and steps you may want to take in case you have not already been in contact with us about GDPR matters.

Updated Privacy Policy, GDPR Information

We have updated our Privacy Policy to explain Justuno’s processing of data and other details in line with GDPR.

You may review our GDPR compliance page to understand Justuno’s efforts and the GDPR’s applicability to you.

Customers who need to enter into a Data Protection Addendum with Justuno

Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) offers contractual terms that meet GDPR requirements and reflect our data privacy and security commitments to our customers. Each customer processing personal data on behalf of EU/EEA individuals is now able to sign this agreement here.

 

Customers with offline or customized agreements

Please email privacy@justuno.com in order to receive a Data Processing Addendum and an amendment to your current agreement.

TWO IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • On May 25 you will be prompted to review and consent to the Terms of Service to continue. If you continue to use our services after May 25, 2018 you’ll be deemed to have accepted the new Terms of Service.
  • If you accept these terms on behalf of a third party (such as an agency client or reseller customer), you confirm that the third party you represent has read and understood the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice and that you’re authorized to accept the Terms of Service on their behalf.
