Target Order and Cart Values in Shopify

Great news for you Shopify Customers! We've updated the application in the Shopify app store to track customers orders and cart values! If you installed Justuno onto your Shopify store BEFORE 3/25/2017 please uninstall the application and reinstall it to activate these features.  Don't worry this will not affect your Justuno account, but please remember to use the correct email when reinstalling. If you use a different email other than the one associated with your Justuno account it will create a duplicate Justuno account! 

 

Want to know how to use this feature? Check out some use cases below! 

 

Use Case 1: I want to show a pop up to customers who left something in their cart and return within 7 days enticing them to continue the checkout process

Step 1: Once the promotion has been designed and created, head to the rules section 

Step 2: Click new rule and choose advanced rule

Step 3: Under the "Cart and Past Order Rules" menu add in the "Items added to the cart last 7 days" rule. For this example, set the rule to say "Item Quantity, is greater than, 0".cartvalue.png

Use Case 2: I have a very high priced item on my website and I want to target customers who have purchases that item before and are returning to my store because they are big spenders! 

Step 1: Once the promotion has been designed and created, head to the rules section 

Step 2: Click new rule and choose advanced rule

Step 3: Under the "Cart and Past Order Rules" menu add in the "Item purchased before", choose Item Number and enter in the item number! pastitem.png

Use Case 3: I want to show a new promotion and offer to a customer that has purchased before

Step 1: Once the promotion has been designed and created, head to the rules section 

Step 2: Click new rule and choose advanced rule

Step 3: Under the "Cart and Past Order Rules" menu add in the "Has placed an order before" and make sure the condition says have and not have not! pastorder.png
